1. Apply
Now's the time to update and polish that CV. Submit your application online to start the process. You will be asked to upload your CV (in .doc or .pdf format only) and complete some additional questions.
2. Inform
You will receive an automated email to confirm we have received your CV (check your Junk/Spam folder if you have not received this). If the additional questions have not been completed, we will send you a prompt email to complete within 2-days of your initial application.
3. Analyse
Your CV and question answers will then be analysed to see if you meet the basic job requirements e.g. availability, flexibility etc.
4. Interview
This may be a telephone call, a full in person interview or a Microsoft Teams video call. This will be your opportunity to shine and share your relevant experiences and skills for the job, convincing us that you know the job description and have the passion to fulfil it.
5. Offer
If we think you'll be a perfect fit, our manager or recruitment team will contact you with a verbal job offer, and your F.Hinds/Chapelle career can begin!
