Retail Graduate Manager – F.Hinds Jewellers | Clapham Junction
Are you a graduate looking to start your career in retail management?
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Retail Graduate Manager to join our Clapham Junction store. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on management experience while developing your skills through our structured F.Hinds Management Academy.

Your first 12 months
Months 1–3: Get to know the business, start your Academy training and develop your product and customer service knowledge.
Months 4–6: Take on increasing responsibility for the day-to-day running of the store, including sales performance, team development and store standards.
Months 7–12: Develop your leadership skills, take ownership of key areas of the business and work towards your next step in management.
Throughout the first 12 months you will have the opportunity to attend a number of courses in person, including courses on Managing People - performance and behaviour, Effective Recruitment, Training Skills for Manager, and Selling Skills. You will also have access to our online training portal, GEMS, which will provide guidance on the products we sell, customer service skills, KPI's and Policies. Health and Safety and Compliance is covered too via an online certification program.

No previous jewellery experience is required – our Academy and on-site training will give you the knowledge you need to succeed.
